Returns & Shipping

At Estell Boutique, we pride ourselves in the quality and fit of our clothes. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be reported within 5 days of receiving the garment(s).

The garment(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent: unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed.

We will gladly replace the goods if we still have it in stock, or will issue a store credit upon receipt of defective merchandise.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damages prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for return. Any returns that do not meet the above criteria or arrive undamaged will be charged 15% restocking fee. There is 50% restocking fee for any unauthorized returns or overdue returns (all returns must be received within 10 days).

All Sale or promotional items (including the Virtual Sidewalk Sale) are deemed FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All other returns must be authorized. We will issue a store credit or can exchange for other goods.
